Rome and Vatican

I went to Rome last weekend

and to Vatican City (St. Peter's Basilica, said to be the finest church on the planet)

Trevi Fountain, the best place to eat an ice cream, lasagne, pasta or pizza.
(It should ensure your return to Roma if you throw a coin over your
shoulder into this fountain of god Neptune. Even though I haven't done so, I hope I will return to see Sistine Chapel and Vatican museum, which was closed last Sunday)

The Colosseum, home to brutal battles between man and beast) :

Palatine Hill, the ruins of the centre of the most powerful state in the world

The Pantheon, originally an ancient temple to all the gods,
today there are some Christian motives in the lower parts.

Amazing sight, a perfect sphere with diameter 43 meters

Rome traffic is pretty crazy, almost no traffic lights, so when you want to cross the street you just have to start walking.
On my way back to Ciampino airport, I was waiting for the bus airport service at the Termini central railway station.
There are park places dedicated to buses next to the station building.
At the time when the bus was hooting and approaching the station, there were many cars just
parking at the dedicated place.
The service staff started gesticulate and talk to the drivers that they should release the place for bus, but so far he came from one end to the other, the place was crowded with cars again :)
